É verdade, uma bolacha com recheio pode &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;ter três vezes mais gordura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; que uma bolacha sem recheio. Uma porção de 30g de bolachas recheadas equivale a três bolachas, e uma porção de 50g de bolachas não recheadas (Maria) equivale a oito bolachas. Ou seja se comer oito bolachas Maria come metade da gordura se comer 3 bolachas recheadas. Do lado oposto, temos as gorduras monoinsaturadas e as poliinsaturadas que diminuem o risco de sofrer de doenças cardiovasculares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#339999;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As &lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;gorduras saturadas&lt;/span&gt; encontram-se nas carnes, em especial as gordas, na manteiga e nos produtos lácteos (os lacticínios magros ou meio gordos têm menor quantidade de gorduras saturadas). As &lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;gorduras trans ou hidrogenadas&lt;/span&gt; estão presentes em muitas margarinas, alimentos fritos e uma infinidade de alimentos prontos a consumir: bolachas, bolos embalados, snacks, refeições prontas a consumir, etc.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Uma forma de diminuir o consumo das gorduras saturadas consiste em substituir alimentos como a carne vermelha por peixe, aves, nozes e sementes, em muitas refeições.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As gorduras alimentares têm funções muito importantes no organismo. São uma excelente fonte de energia concentrada e são as transportadoras de vitaminas lipossolúveis (A, D, E e K). Deverá ser utilizado o azeite como gordura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Devemos optar por carnes magras, retirando toda a gordura visível antes de ser cozinhada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Depois de cozinhada, toda a gordura deve ser escorrida.
